I just wanted to clear up some myths about how to lose arm fat fast! Have you been struggling to lose arm fat despite all your efforts? It can be very discouraging but if you don’t have the right knowledge, your efforts will be wasted and you’ll end up feeling worse.
The good news is that once you understand a few key principles, burning arm fat will become easy and you’ll soon get those toned arms you’ve always wanted. Here are some tips to help you lose overall fat:
How To Lose Arm Fat Fast – 3 Tips
1) Increase your overall body metabolism and turn your body into a fat burning furnace.
This is by far the most important principle to getting a toned body and arms. The mistake I often see is when people focus on specific isolation exercises to lose arm fat. This is counter productive as it builds muscle in the arms which makes them bigger.
Your aim is to lose overall body fat, not build muscle. Once you lose the fat naturally, the muscles will become visible. You should only focus on building and toning muscle in your arms AFTER you have lost fat.
Remember, the body has no preference for where it loses fat first.That’s why isolation exercises don’t remove fat in specific areas of the body.However, once you start burning overall body fat and reducing your body fat percentage, the hips, arms, legs, face and belly will be shedding fat, too, but not necessarily in that order! We can’t control where the fat comes off first, the body has it’s own wisdom!
